Exhibitor Information

The California Society of Addiction Medicine's Addiction Medicine Review Course is the largest gathering of addiction medicine physicians in the Western U.S. More than 800 physician attendees are expected to attend, from a variety of practice settings.  

Exhibiting at this conference is a unique chance to connect your cutting edge products and services with these clinicians. Exhibits will be available for viewing starting at 7:30 am on Friday, August 25th and all day on Saturday, August 26th. All continental breakfasts and coffee breaks will take place in the exhibit area, proving an opportunity for one-on-one discussions.  

Exhibitor Registration

FEES

$1200 per exhibit space. (Price increase to $1450 June 24th)

Each exhibit space includes: one six-foot table-top exhibit and registration for up to 4 exhibitor representatives (SEE Exhibit Staffing). Exhibitor registration allows access to the exhibit hall, as well as all meal functions CSAM offers. Exhibitors are also invited to attend the Thursday Dessert Reception program and will receive 2 tickets to the Friday evening dinner. Exhibitors who wish to attend conference sessions and/or earn CME credit, must register for the full conference. Visit our Conference Registration Page to register for the full conference.

Exhibit space is assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Companies may register for more than one space.

EXHIBIT STAFFING

  • Single exhibits may have a maximum of 2 people present at the exhibit at any time (4 people total may sign up).
  • Double exhibits may have a maximum of 3 people present at the exhibit at any time (5 people total may sign up).
  • Triple exhibits may have a maximum of 4 people present at the exhibit at any time (6 people total may sign up).

**There is a $100 penalty for exhibitors who do not have their exhibits completely set up by 7:30 am on August 25 and an additional $100 penalty for those who break down before 4:00 pm on August 26.
